SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States

 

All orders equaling $200 and over qualify for our free shipping. which will be sent via USPS or another carrier of choice by CyclusMoto.

Shipping Turnaround and Cutoff Times

Every effort is made to fulfill orders within 1 business day of receipt of the order.  A shipping confirmation email including tracking information for the selected carrier will be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.

Business days are Monday through Friday; excluding Holidays, Saturday and Sundays. All shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CyclusMoto is not responsible for delays experience as a result of the carrier.  If you choose to cancel an order please contact us immediately to submit a cancellation request.  If a cancellation request is received after the order is shipped the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  

 

International Orders

 

International orders will ship via the carrier of choice by CyclusMoto. Please allow an additional 48 hours to process all international orders.  Import duties are at the sole discretion of the destination country being and all duties are the responsibility of the customer.  The transaction amount will be reflected in the applicable customs declarations forms required by the destination country. 

Goods Damaged during Shipping

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact CyclusMoto immediately so that we may assist with the claims process via the shipping carrier.  CyclusMoto is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
